With her debut album "Wallflower" coming out soon in 07, Paulina is a lyrical and poetic singer/songwriter with an edgy, mainstream album set to take center stage.
 

The 11 song album is sensitive, yet rebellious - romantic, yet independent - sweet, yet feisty. It is this dichotomy of feelings and emotions that truly embodies Paulina's songwriting, and is captured in "Wallflower".

Some songs transcend the listener into heartfelt spaciousness with lofty melodic ballads, that tenderly seep into our hearts with eloquent musical arrangements such as piano, viola and light percussion. Then, other songs jettison us off into the harsh tumultuous world of growing up and breaking up with edgy guitars, giant drums, a tornado of beats and sonic shockwaves.

No matter what, Paulina's voice weaves it all together with her lilting melodic voice, whispering personal thoughts one minute and belting strong emotions the next. She can spark your romantic heart like Norah Jones, and peak your ears with tones like Porteous Head or Seal. At times, a demanding Avril Lavigne, or a worldly Michelle Branch. Yet often, most often, her unique talented self.

"Wallflower", named after her title track, is eclectic with music style, from folky acoustic songs, to rhythmic pop grooves, to world beat irish and spanish tones. It's all part and parcel of a Warrior Girl Music production that ignites a new fresh artist into the world music scene with a huge splash. While the album title may presume one thing, Paulina is definitely no wallflower.

"Wallflower" is produced and arranged by poly-media artist and producer, Gilli Moon, also a writer on songs "Sorry" and "For The Moon", and this album is co-produced by  Matt Thorne (The Eels, TRAPT, Plastilina Mosh).
