Organizational Effectiveness & Executive Leader
I've never really fit into one box. So I stopped trying.
I've been an artist, a teacher, an entrepreneur, an author, a founder, an executive leading global teams at Google, Yahoo and Paramount; a coach, a speaker, a community builder and, perhaps my greatest adventure, a mother.
Different chapters. Same human.
At the heart of all of it is one thing: I create.
I create ideas, businesses, music, communities, leaders, possibilities and sometimes entirely new chapters of myself.
I'm fascinated by what makes people come alive, what makes ideas grow, and what happens when we stop defining ourselves by what we've already done and start asking: what's next?
Welcome to my world.

What I'm creating now.
MY COACHING PRACTICE
I'm coaching leaders, organizations, entrepreneurs and career-changers every day, helping companies build better internal organizations, and helping folks to build their brand - while quietly building a special new platform to take that work even further. Let's just say... there's something beginning to hummm. |
MY WRITING
I'm writing about creative leadership, and writing about agility on Substack. I'm also deep into writing a book about entrepreneurship, Part business. Part life. A lot of lessons learned along the way.

MY CREATIVITY
doesn't end, with the occasional painting, song and speaking, and podcasting and living fiercely, with a little provocation thrown in for good measure. GIVING BACK
I'm still at the helm of the songwriting nonprofit community I co-founded 29 years ago, supporting songwriters around the world and staying connected to the creative community that shaped so much of who I am. |
