I've been a songwriter and recording artist, a teacher, an entrepreneur, an author, a founder, an executive leading global teams at Google, Yahoo and Paramount, a coach, a speaker, a community builder and, perhaps my greatest adventure, a mum.

The story so far.
My career makes much more sense backwards than it ever did forwards.
I started as a teacher and creative, became an independent recording artist and songwriter, built businesses and communities around creativity, and somewhere along the way found myself leading products, programs, transformations and thousands of people across some of the world's biggest technology and entertainment companies.
I've launched albums. I've launched global streaming products. I've built nonprofits, startups, communities, teams and PMOs. I've stood on stages with a microphone singing songs and, years later, stood on very different stages talking about leadership.
Today, I'm still all of those people.
I'm fascinated by what makes people come alive, what makes ideas grow, and what happens when we stop defining ourselves by what we've already done and start asking:
