I’m an Aussie, born in Sydney and based in Los Angeles for nearly 25 years. I began my career as a creative artist and songwriter, a world where identity, expression, and resilience are forged early. Creativity didn’t just shape me. It saved me. And it still fuels everything I do today, even at the highest levels of business and leadership.
Over the years, my path expanded from artist to entrepreneur, founder, author, and strategic business leader. I’ve spent more than 15 years in senior leadership roles across Fortune 500 companies and high-growth startups including CBS, Paramount, Google, PayPal, and Yahoo. Along the way, I earned an Executive MBA and certifications as a Master Business Executive Coach and Life Coach, while continuing to build communities, create, speak, and raise my twin 12-year-olds, my most important role of all.

For more than two decades, I’ve been a catalyst for growth across technology, media, entertainment, and the creative industries. I also spent over a decade cultivating and launching rising talent in the music industry, long before the “creator economy” had a name.
