Before that, at Google, she served as Head of PMO & Support Operations for Geo (Google Maps & Earth), overseeing a 170-person global operation responsible for scaling some of the world’s most widely used consumer experiences. As SVP at Paramount, she spearheaded the global launch of Paramount+, architecting one of the industry’s largest Scaled Agile transformations across an ecosystem of more than 3,000 people.
Her leadership career also includes impact roles at The Walt Disney Company, PayPal, CAA, and multiple venture-backed startups, where she has accelerated growth, built scalable systems, and partnered closely with C-suite leaders to align vision, strategy, and execution. She built her early career as a pioneering creative entrepreneur, founding Warrior Girl Music, one of the first digital-era independent record labels to champion artist empowerment during the dot-com renaissance. As a singer-songwriter, she released eight albums, toured globally, won over 20 international songwriting awards, placed music in film and TV, and built a devoted global following. Her work extended behind the scenes as well—producing large experiential events, festivals, and global television productions, including the 144-country simulcast of Tosca from Rome, which earned three Emmy Awards.
In parallel, Gilli founded Songsalive!, now the longest-running global nonprofit supporting songwriters. Over the past 24 years, Songsalive! has grown into a thriving community of more than 50,000 songwriters worldwide—providing education, advocacy, and opportunities for emerging and established creators. Her commitment to community-building and creative empowerment remains central to her mission.
